Pros

Good pay, no travel, no dress code

Cons

where do I begin? Sales people are timed daily to see how many minutes they are selling on the phone and phone calls are listened to so that they can confirm you are aggressively selling, which includes lying to customers. Shipping items to customers that they didn' t order, not taking no for an answer and pushing to the point of being rude - if you are OK with that - then M&D is for you.
