      Work environment is nice, music playing and people "smiling". Half hour break for a LONG day.

      Cons

      They give you an interview process that at first looks interesting, a day of what it would be to work there...but the things they ask for have nothing to do with what you're applying.

      Pros

      Since joining the company, I’ve seen continuous growth and meaningful change for the better. M&D fosters one of the most welcoming and friendly work environments I’ve experienced. It’s a place you can truly be proud to work, not just because of their commitment to delivering quality products, but also because of the genuine care they show for their people.

      The company is in a phase of transformation and integration which comes with its pain points.
