Pros

I cannot think of any.

Cons

Suffice it to say that M&D is the most unethical employer I have ever encountered. Employees are treated the very same way as customers. Uncaring and disrespectful. At their NYC Experiment it seems that bad behavior is rewarded. Employees who would be gone in an instant at another company, and who would face the greatest difficulty getting a job anywhere else, are being promoted there. Why? Because the only thing counting at this place is: Money and a multitude of creative ways of duping customers and employees alike out of the same. Nothing is ever done in writing here. Personnel talks are being held in public areas without an HR person present, and if one wishes to speak with HR personnel, they are too busy bringing the next flock of lambs to the slaughter. It is an abusive, psychotic place where foul language is being used regularly and without regard for the customer who can hear every single word. And the music! Loud music playing over 20 people who are constantly on the phone. Makes for a fun atmosphere! Exquisite conditions for increasing/maintaining productivity. Especially when considering a 10 hour-workday with a 30-minute lunch break. The things you won't find here: Autonomy and Independence. Clear Expectations. Meaningful Objectives. Sense of Purpose. Opportunities for Input. Reliable Consistency. Constructive Criticism. A Future.

Pros

Since joining the company, I’ve seen continuous growth and meaningful change for the better. M&D fosters one of the most welcoming and friendly work environments I’ve experienced. It’s a place you can truly be proud to work, not just because of their commitment to delivering quality products, but also because of the genuine care they show for their people.

Cons

The company is in a phase of transformation and integration which comes with its pain points.

Pros

Salary only without stress of commissions.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth. Leadership hiring is always from the outside.
