      Terrific people. Clear direction regarding your role and expectations. Unique interview process that TRULY allows you to see the people, surrounding, culture, and role you're applying for.

      Cons

      Long days (although there is flexibility if you are up front). Expectation that you can always do more (but is that really bad?).

      Pros

      Since joining the company, I’ve seen continuous growth and meaningful change for the better. M&D fosters one of the most welcoming and friendly work environments I’ve experienced. It’s a place you can truly be proud to work, not just because of their commitment to delivering quality products, but also because of the genuine care they show for their people.

      The company is in a phase of transformation and integration which comes with its pain points.
