- The interview process: it is long and intensive but it is designed to find the right employee and also designed so you can find the right job for you. They are very open and honest about the process. They really want you to imagine working there and whether or not you'd be happy. It's a great process that really makes you feel like you're part of the team even before you're hired! - You can feel great knowing you work at a company that sells the best toys on the market and stands behind their product. - You can leave your work behind when you leave for the day. - It's a very friendly, supportive, open environment. If you need something, ask. Don't just sit there and sulk. There is a great culture here if you choose to embrace it.
Cons
- No 401(k) match. That really does need to change for a company growing as fast as it is.
