      Pros

      Amazing New Office Space! Bright, modern and tech enabled, great amenities and overall property. The opportunity to remain fully remote through all the COVID-19 spikes - never being forced to return prematurely. Business and people are growing. Compensation is above average.

      Cons

      Some Managers are more effective leaders than others. The overall transformation of the business is a positive but the level of work to do it has been difficult at times.

      Pros

      Since joining the company, I’ve seen continuous growth and meaningful change for the better. M&D fosters one of the most welcoming and friendly work environments I’ve experienced. It’s a place you can truly be proud to work, not just because of their commitment to delivering quality products, but also because of the genuine care they show for their people.

      The company is in a phase of transformation and integration which comes with its pain points.
