Pros

Generous compensation if you negotiate well at the beginning. Great atmosphere amongst co-workers. Excellent sales training. Good opportunity for starters.

Cons

Long hours, little vacation, bad health insurance, no 401 k match, micromanagement, constant performance surveillance. You have to be on the phone selling with little time to breathe in between calls.
