Pros

-Working with the kids. There is no personal joy and fulfillment that beats the feeling of making one's life better. (Makes you know a lot more about oneself and our basic humanity). -Good pay compared to competition

Cons

-Morbid fear of an employee loosing his/her job for expressing candid opinions (It's like management is scared of smart and intelligent employees. It's their way or no way. So better play dumb if you want to stick around for long). -Poor management decisions. -Strong company politics ( even to the point of nepotism and elitism), which most at times, takes away from the care of persons' served. -High turn over rate (To management, employees are just part of their numbers game they'll submit to the government at the end of the year to request for even more capital to amplify their pockets). -You can get fired over the dumbest and silliest things you could ever imagine. -The funniest and scariest thing is the their high nose lawyers who knows nothing about the sample population served but will show up in any court to battle anyone to the last mark of how retarded and skewed they really are (Off-course money talks so you better be prepared to pay for your own lawyer if you can afford it,otherwise, I tough luck).
