Melmark is a company with made up unrealistic protocols and procedures that do not align with the universal nursing principles and state regulated guidelines. Melmark has not had a Director of Nursing for the past year and do not support nor value their current and past extremely hard-working Nursing professionals. Rules and guidelines are manipulated per individual and there is no solid core foundation. The turn over rate for nursing has been consistently elevated for years with no authentic investigation completed to determine why. Nurses are routinely degraded and made to feel inferior, expendable, and unreliable. Do extensive research before applying to this facility because money can not save your nursing license, dignity, or soul. ***The intent of this review is to inform and provide insight to a company that boasts of consistent great reviews.
