Pros

The students receive great care from the individuals who work with them on a daily basis.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance, The school is significantly understaffed due to poor treatment from the upper management. Those in any position above an ABA counselor are pretty much expected to dedicate their entire life to their work ( was literally told "If i call you on a weekend, you pick up no matter what. Even if I wasn't on call), and if they don't they are looked down on and not treated fairly. The understaffing made it impossible to do my job effectively. upper management absolutely had favorites who could get whatever they wanted and it was clearly obvious.
