The kids keep will keep you going. You build great relationships with your fellow coworkers at the direct care level. Pay is okay!

Cons

Don’t you dare stand up for yourself. Even if they disrespect you, the moment you stand up for yourself, the senior leaders turn against you and starts to treat you unfairly. Fierce retaliation! Only certain individuals are allowed to break the rules. They are protected to the very end.
