      Pros

      I had been in the marketing world for years but needed a change before I was too old to transition to a new career. I researched Melton, watched videos, and even reached out to ppl who were current employees that I didn’t know. Repeatedly I only heard how amazing Melton is and now that I have a few months under my belt working here I can honestly say it is as amazing and positive as everyone said. Not only do I get to work in an absolutely beautiful building, but the people are also the most positive ppl I have ever worked with. Beyond grateful I made the leap!!

      Cons

      Have nothing to add here, When you have worked for companies who only know you as a number you bring in its just nice to feel appreciated and that's how I feel at Melton, I feel valued!

      You can make a lot of money working here but it takes a lot of cold calls and long hours.

      Cons

      A lot of cold calls and not a lot of guidance.
