Pros

Working from home, having equipment provided, inexpensive benefits

Cons

The people who are in decision making roles for this company lack all sense of leadership skills--blame others for their faults, steal ideas and present them as their own, distort the reality of their failures as if there's no issue... nothing to see here... just great success. The quarterly company-wide meetings attempt to tout their successes but employees who have been around for longer than 6 months see right through it and immediately hop on calls with each other afterwards to discuss the ridiculous and bizarre things that were said during the meeting. Working with the incredibly buggy product would be tolerable if the culture of this company was good but it's just terrible. Employees are left in a high-stress, micromanaged, never perfect enough, CYA environment. Promotions, transfers, or pay increases are withheld simply because someone may not like you, completely unrelated to your verifiable work productivity. With every release there are false promises to better the product but without fail, there are always more issues and clients are left with severe problems that affect their ability to work within the system. It's often said that the customers are MemberSuite's QA. Despite the benefits, it is just not worth selling out your health and happiness to work for this company.
