      Challenging projects, Excellent organization leadership, opportunity for learning and training. Continued support for staff to improve skills. Focus on innovation, Quality Improvement and results.

      Cons

      Healthcare reimbursement is changing causing a refocus on operational processes which take significant time and energy to analyze, plan for improvements and execute. Work life balance can be a challenge at times.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
