      Pros

      Memorial is a fantastic place to work! Here at Memorial you feel valued and appreciated. Staff has a good working rapport with patients and family.Staff is always friendly,helpful and eager to see patients progress. I enjoy working alongside with this team!

      Cons

      Having to take your PTO time first before you can take your sick time.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
