Unethical leadership, they protect their own. Even with blatant HIPAA violations, and choose of conduct violations, nothing gets done. The lab was the biggest group of children I've ever worked among. Nothing but whining and complaining and they wonder why they couldn't get or keep employees. Lab leadership is about the worst person I've ever worked for in my life. She smiled to your face and talked trash about you behind closed doors. No one was exempt. If you dared think differently then get she made sure to target you and write you up for everything. Even the new hematology supervisor, I was told to start writing up for staying longer hours to help in chemistry. She's not fit to manage a bathroom let alone a lab. The company itself has gone a long way to violate workers rights. Making sure any and all union labor talks are squashed. They even held emergency leadership meetings this past August because a union leader approached an employee. Top to bottom, find anywhere else to work but here.
