Employees are collaborative, quality and safety focused. The organization has an employee fund in place that helps those employees experiencing a crisis by providing financial assistance. The organization is being proactive regarding health care reform.
Cons
Upper management says they care about retention... but are not loyal to long term employees. The organization forgets that employees are valuable and without them the organization could not function. The play lip service to the employee satisfaction survey.
