Pros
Benefits started after 30 days. Excellent Benefits for me including their retirement plan. I worked three 12 hour shifts. Plenty of orientation available. I was not rushed to finish orientation or be comfortable on the unit. There were plenty of educational opportunities available. The staff was helpful and understanding.
Cons
The 12 hour shifts due to the work load became 14 hour shifts. Work schedule was set but you still had to make room for schedule changes at the last minute.
