      Pros

      Flexible schedule & supportive management in regards to balancing school/work/personal life.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive & limited to only physicians within Memorial Hermann. Prescription plan is terrible. Lack of communication between managers and employees. Employees are overworked and required to cross-train but no raise. No overtime. No opportunity for growth.

      Pros

      Large workforce who can support work life balance. They are filled with money

      Cons

      Top management misleads outrightly, doesn’t have a clue about grassroots work and arbitrarily dismisses good staff leading to poor morale and disruptions. Insist on travel even when it is counterproductive
