Pros

notoriety, variety of learning opportunities

Cons

Micromanagement, ridiculous extraneous quality control, complete lack of regard for employee satisfaction are commonplace. Patient care is lacking because frustration runs rampant in busy areas. After the big management sweep earlier this year, existing managers were consolidated into running several locations at a time, reducing their visibility, and their presumed fear of being next on the chopping block. This led to a more heightened sense of uncertainty amongst the clinical staff as well. soon, however, management received their yearly bonuses. The clinical staff, however, has yet to receive a merit increase despite Harvey, and despite a recent market survey which apparently placed the company amongst the lowest paying in the region. In fact- results of evaluations were determined in JULY, but instead of expectations to deliver raises in the beginning of Oct, they have been postponed until after DEC 26th. What a wonderful way to save money at the expense of employees!!!!! So much for extra money during the holidays!

Pros

Quality care. Patient focused. Room for growth depending on skill but sometimes based on who you know which is a con. Lots of great providers who really care.

Cons

A lot of politics and favortism. People get promoted in leadership that don't deserve it which makes for a miserable experience for those working with them . Some senior leaders are disrespectful, overly demanding, disregard others time and effort, manipulative, aggressive, belittling, don't understand the workload of others, inflict punishment based on their feelings or because they want to, do things for their own benefit and are dishonest.
