Pros
It really depends which location you are at, as not all Memorial Hermann facilities are created equal. I'm at a freestanding ED which is much calmer than a full ED. They have a lot of offerings for education though, so you'll learn a lot here.
Cons
I feel like just a number. Management is hit or miss. Pay is not as high as other systems.
