Regular pay increases by small increments. The hospital is focused on the best outcomes for the patients. My manager created a very positive work environment where our input was considered through open discussion of how things can be better in certain ways. Safe staffing is important to our unit and our manager and change nurses worked hard to ensure that we are rarely understaffed. I work in CVIMU 5 South night shift and I know if I had any complaints I could voice them and know they are heard by my managers.
