Pros

Great benefits! Their education reimbursement is better than any other place I've worked

Cons

There are an obscene amount of cons but I'll stick to the top 3 (in no particular order) 1. They pretend to celebrate diversity but it's all for show. They promote people they like and it's usually not a person of color 2. The pay really isn't that great if you're not a doctor or a nurse 3. HR is absolutely useless 4. Retention is low Whoops, added an extra one in there.

Pros

A lot of people to work with and a great amount of exposure to different in-house counsel areas. If you are proactive, there are plenty of people willing to try and meet with you and explain things, though their time is limited. If you can pick at their brains, the Attorneys of the smartest and most hard-working individuals you'll meet. They have some fun events and team-bonding,

Cons

Lack of diversity in interns, which make fit and experience difficult. Even upon meeting diverse staff and people, there always seems to be a barrier and front. Attorneys generally have little time to teach you, but they do their best. Compensation is lackluster, but benefits and events are fun. Sometimes work can lag, and you must be proactive in seeking it out for yourself.
