You are truly working with some of the most amazing doctors and researchers in clinical oncology. Every employee really cares about the patients and making a difference in their lives.
Cons
Every service is completely different. Some coordinators are tasked with solely data management, whereas others are responsible for data, regulatory, and patient management. CRCs are generally underpaid for the amount of work and stress they handle on a daily basis. Management tends to point fingers if a problem comes up, even when no one is really at fault. Little room for growth and development. Most people end up leaving within 1-2 years, which means there is always a quick turnaround.
