Pros

After many years (over 15) Msk has made an effort to treat their admin staff better, it’s taken a long time to get “just ok” there’s still a overall air amongst us not to speak up for opportunities, support, work /life from upper management. Salaries are capped so if you do not leave for something better you will be stuck with the same salary for years. Also where other companies give employees a cost of living raise MSK doesn’t it’s based on merit try to do a great job so you can afford to pay for the subway and buy milk and bread- Really make a effort to be transparent/honest

Cons

Take a look at why it took years and a pandemic to get the opportunity to work from home when it could have been a nice incentive years ago. Merit increases should be in addition to a col increase -More opportunities for advancement , more transparency from upper management

Pros

A lot of people to work with and a great amount of exposure to different in-house counsel areas. If you are proactive, there are plenty of people willing to try and meet with you and explain things, though their time is limited. If you can pick at their brains, the Attorneys of the smartest and most hard-working individuals you'll meet. They have some fun events and team-bonding,

Cons

Lack of diversity in interns, which make fit and experience difficult. Even upon meeting diverse staff and people, there always seems to be a barrier and front. Attorneys generally have little time to teach you, but they do their best. Compensation is lackluster, but benefits and events are fun. Sometimes work can lag, and you must be proactive in seeking it out for yourself.
