Pros
Really good co-workers (depending on the floor) and pleasant company culture; upper management at least pretends to care about us and is giving us OT finally for covid.
Cons
Wages could be a lot better frankly but at least my co-workers are fantastic and great/helpful human beings. You can see why people often leave after a year but the culture, in my opinion, is pretty great.
