Pros
My department is big on education so they work with my school schedule and encourage my education which I’m really grateful for. I can’t speak for other department but my AUM and director make me feel needed and a valuable asset to the team.
Cons
As PCA we get paid the lowest out of all the other nearby hospitals. We don’t have patient ratios and union doesn’t do much for us so neither does the company.
