Pros
I enjoy the office I work at because we work with the Family Medicine Residents to help them along before they are out on there own. There is always something new to see or learn.
Cons
The pay isn't horrible, but if your looking to make a huge salary this isn't the place. Though there are many opportunities to transfer among the organization to make more.
