Does not value their employees - Registered Nurse MemorialCare Employee Review

Pay is much lower than surrounding hospitals. They did a market adjustment recently and I got a 2 cent raise. They are bleeding staff left and right but continue to hire travelers and pay them 3x our rate but won’t give us a raise.
