Pros

They have worked with my schedule, but others they have not. Physicians are generally pleasant to work with. Hire some PA's and NP's which is great. Patients are generally nice to work with. virtually infinite ot in Urgent cares. if you work hard, if you are not a hard worker they won't let you pick up hours (likely you wouldn't anyways TBH)

Cons

Pay is low and they don't care to match other companies. Benefits are ok. Health plan is not bad for the individual, about 30 bucks a pay check. Add a partner and one baby and you're looking at 90ish bucks a paycheck for insurance. Not the worst rate, also not the best. Pay is the same for positions if you work at slow clinics or very busy ones so ymmv.

Pros

I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

Cons

- Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
