      Pros

      I love my coworkers and the level of care we provide.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other hospitals, especially with the quality of care we provide. Corporate Memorial Care just keeps finding ways to take things away from us. Understaffed, but I feel like that’s nursing everywhere.
