- Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment.
- Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere.
- They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities.
- They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere.
- Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
