      Pros

      One of the best part about working at Orange Coast Memorial is the people that I work with. Happy to belong to this great team and I enjoy working with them. They also have great benefits.

      Cons

      There are days when work is extra challenging. But I think it’s always like that when you work in the hospital. The good thing here is we help each other out and also have support and charge nurses who are very helpful.

      I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

      Cons

      - Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
