      Thank you for your review. MemorialCare continues to invest in our hiring practices and procedures to ensure that we find support for areas still in high staffing demand. We have had great success filling many mission-critical roles, with a significant amount of those in the RN area; we are continuing with that investment with a goal to have all departments amply covered for shift/patient census demands.

      I work with some people who truly care about patient care The brand still matters within the regional industry

      Cons

      - Terrible new leadership who has created a toxic work environment. - Those who haven't been laid off are certainly looking for opportunities elsewhere. - They do not invest in their employees. Old equipment and laptops, deny training opportunities. - They are in a challenging financial situation and that is felt everywhere. - Massive layoffs means every team is understaffed and overworked. HR is a shell of its former self.
