Pros
For the past 11 months that I have been at this company, I have seen a majority of my coworkers receive offers to be hired out by their clients, promoted internally (including myself), and given the opportunity to go to great networking events, such as AA-ISP and TOPO Summit. mB is a great place to work, whether you want to transition into a closing sales position or transition into a managerial or recruiting position. The company culture is my favorite part about this company. There are not too many companies where leadership makes an effort to have conversations with each and every one of their employees when they visit the office. Also, I love being able to hangout with my coworkers outside of the office setting! I have made long lasting personal and professional relationships here at memoryBlue.
Cons
The starting salary is lower initially, but if you work hard and make sure you hit your quota you can increase your salary VERY quickly!
