Pros
Fast-paced, lively, and truly electric culture at the Boston office. SDR's are constantly improving and finding new/creative ways to prospect and book meetings. memoryBlue is the perfect mix of challenging and rewarding - it's definitely a grind, but you can't put a price tag on the mindset and work ethic that this company instills in you. This company teaches you how to get the job done regardless of any excuse you may have. Lots of failures, rejections, rewards, and successes to be hand in short periods of time. Have to shout out MD Jeremy Wood - a true professional, role model, and unbelievable mentor for dozens of SDR's. He helped me out a ton with my professional development, and I will always be thankful for him.
Cons
Sometimes it can start to feel like you're just one of the numbers at the company because making 100 dials/day can get monotonous. Also, their PTO policies are not very accommodating at all. Another thing that really bothered me is the micromanaging can get bad at times. You feel like sometimes people are breathing down your neck, which can be super irritating and demoralizing.
