Pros
I worked in the Austin, Texas office and I only have good things to say about the memoryBlue staff in that office. The director and the managers are awesome people who really invest in teaching you how to be successful as an SDR.
Cons
This company regularly DOES NOT PAY employees bonuses or correct base salaries. Accounting regularly underpays some employees and overpays others at random because they don't pay attention to detail. Accounting also regularly "forgets" to pay you your bonuses and you have to go back and forth with your manager, upper level management, operations and payroll to get the correct amount of money you have earned. If you decide to work here watch your paychecks like a hawk and double check everything yourself because issues are incredibly common.
