Pros

- a lot of tech to explore - a lot of drinking on company dollar - I personally liked my manager (but some managers are really bad) - gives you opportunity to get hired out for a lot more money

Cons

- sweat shop - your quotas are probably going to be above industry standard which in turn you will have higher metrics to meet than a typical larger company - benefits suck- terrible PTO plan - started to feel like a number - pay sucks especially since you are doing way more here than you would at most other tech companies where you make more

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
