The company is focused on your growth. They won't churn and burn you. You'll get a great gig after this if you can grind in the first position they put you in.

Low base pay with tactics to retain employees that get offered higher-paying positions from the competition. You don't get much say in the industry/client that you will be working with. Tough metrics to hit, lots of quantity.
