Pros

The only pros of working here is to build your resume with different clients….

Cons

Cons here: pretty much everything -Paychecks are always incorrect (they withheld over 1,000 dollars from me and told me they would pay me back on the next check… which they never did after having several meetings with management) -I had an extremely tough first client and they always left me to deal with extra work when I asked several times for management to step in and be a buffer (which is their job) -We went from salary to hourly with a one day notice because the company was sued several times for not giving employees breaks… this led to many errors in many co workers paychecks because of incorrect time management on HR part. -There is NO sick pay at this company! They make you use PTO which you barely build up until your third month working for them! -HR would promise things to employees, and later go back on what they said…. Suspicious higher ups. -Also worked at an office where parking was 10$ a day. They gave us 40$ a month for parking “reimbursement” which was less than a weeks cost to park at the actual building. When a group of us held a meeting with a west coast manager his offer to help was “park a few miles away and walk, carpool, or take the bus” which was not always accessible to people and especially women at the office who commuted alone. Overall…. Would not recommend working here unless you are an intern or just want to build a resume… super unstable and you never know what you’re going to get for pay or just for your day to day work life.

Pros

- Good Sales Training - Good Company Culture, Everyone wants to learn and help - Good Managers will be able to provide great coaching to help further grow your skills

Cons

- Your success is highly dependent on what client they give you. If they give you a hard client, do not expect to see those bonuses come in frequently. - Managers are also another luck of the draw. Started off with a great manager, who'd always be willing to help and coach. But then transitioned to another manager who was about my age, not very competent at coaching or advice since he had only been on an easy client for 6 months before being promoted, and would micromanage the team very hard. If you get a bad manager + a hard client, you will not have a good time at memoryBlue since they are already expecting you to work hard. - Pay and the bonuses are very low. Whether or not you'll see a raise is dependent on what client you get whether since it's based on hitting quota an X amount of times.
