Pros

Great place for recent graduates to get work experience in sales Suitable for people looking to change careers and get their foot in the door to sales Bagels and donuts every Thursday A lot of parking spaces Ping-pong table in the kitchen Internal growth paths are available for anyone interested in getting elevated, but not a raise.

Cons

Work culture is available if qualified. To qualify, plan to hit the quota every month. Other activities exist "occasionally." Environment: fraternity and sorority type of atmosphere. To get anywhere, your networking game and knowing who to engage with will be rewarding. Typical 8 hr work schedule of an SDR: -3 hrs cold calling prospects -1 hr - 2 hrs mandatory company training -1 hr to list-build leads every day to reach 150 new lead names by the end of the week or reach 500 calls by the end of the week -1 hr team huddle time -1 hr to prospect leads in another way. Example: LinkedIn, Emails, or any other way to get you a book before your manager starts micro-managing you like you don't know what you're doing because their performance depends on yours. Whether they go on the company all-inclusive trip depends on their team's performance, aka, your performance. Recently, the company has required everyone to Clock-In and Clock-Out to keep track of employees' working hours not exceeding 40 hrs a week. Yes, for lunch too. Compensation plans always sound good at first and confusing as they should, but this one, the only way out of the maze, is by rescue from above. Don't even get me started with Health benefits. The sign-on bonus, if you quit before 15 months, you have to pay that back. So don't spend it just yet. Got a new IT guy, and he's fantastic, but the operations team is a spicy women's club. Their responses are so sarcastic whenever their help is needed that you wonder why they're getting paid. Anyways, it's an excellent place to start your career.

Pros

Good development for those looking to kickstart their tech sales career

Cons

Low pay, success is very dependent on what client you get. Client gets assigned to you and you have no say in the matter.
