Training is a joke and is absolutely not worth the $5k they threaten to take back (which is so unethical my god). After joining some real sales programs in health tech, memoryBlue looks like a glorified call center to me. HR is also nonexistent from what I remember. Multiple sexual harassment complaints were never addressed and were buried. If you’re into white boy frat culture maybe you’ll enjoy that kind of culture. Just don’t join if you’re looking for a real sales career. You deserve to be invested in and memoryBlue won’t give you that.
