Pros
Leadership cares a lot about development and training, best culture in town, lots of upward mobility, TONS of training. If you are a job seeking candidate, I encourage you to ask this question in every interview - "How many people in your office can your VP of Sales and Co-Founders name?" Chris and Marc are on all of the new hire trainings and make an effort to meet nearly every SDR in the company. Our Managing Directors can name every single SDR, manager, and client on their teams with their eyes closed. Can your other opportunities say the same? If you are looking for a place where you can learn more than your entire college career combined in your onboarding training alone - this is it. If you are looking for a boss that cares about your personal life and career progression - this is it. If you are looking for a place where you can build career and life connections (both professional and personal) - this is it.
Cons
I'd be lying if I said it's not hard. But that's life, that's sales. If you aren't willing to put in the work and constantly learn, you probably aren't the best fit here. Some people complain about what clients they get. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
