Pros

nothing, being unemployed with no income gave me a more enjoyable life than working here

Cons

this could be long… but like many others have said, this is like working at a frat house where everyone vapes and drinks in office and chances are on Fridays especially that most of the office is drunk or is multiple drinks in, then driving home after work… and it’s encouraged to drink during work. Doesn’t sit right with me to let employees drive home after drinking for at least half the day, but I’d say it matches their standards though I’ve seen them make a new DM write fake reviews on glassdoor because the bad reviews are all true and they know it! They’re trying to lie to you about what you’re getting, Honestly working here will probably hurt your resume more than help it if any competent tech companies know any better. The blind leading the blind with young upper management and the facade that you’re working somewhere “professional” when really you’re learning from idiots with inflated egos. They probably care about their glassdoor reviews more than the lives of their employees. Seems like they’ll hire just about anyone and getting fired from this company is also pretty normalized. Coming to work and hearing your coworker was fired was just another gossiping point for the organization and nothing more. Also seems like everyone has been brainwashed into thinking you need to absolutely hate your life and struggle (because they pay almost nothing) to be able to make it in this industry. Seriously don’t take this pay and go to another tech company that will actually pay you something you can survive off of. Honestly, it’s embarrassing to work here. Heard my previous DM talking about how one girl was basically their token person for diversity, when it’s mostly white men. There will probably be a 5 star review to pop up after I post this, just saying. Clients will almost never hire you out and doing well for their company doesn’t mean they will keep working with memoryblue, so if a client drops and you did really well for them, oh well, you get to start over anyways with a different campaign with no chance of growth for good performance.

Pros

- Good Sales Training - Good Company Culture, Everyone wants to learn and help - Good Managers will be able to provide great coaching to help further grow your skills

Cons

- Your success is highly dependent on what client they give you. If they give you a hard client, do not expect to see those bonuses come in frequently. - Managers are also another luck of the draw. Started off with a great manager, who'd always be willing to help and coach. But then transitioned to another manager who was about my age, not very competent at coaching or advice since he had only been on an easy client for 6 months before being promoted, and would micromanage the team very hard. If you get a bad manager + a hard client, you will not have a good time at memoryBlue since they are already expecting you to work hard. - Pay and the bonuses are very low. Whether or not you'll see a raise is dependent on what client you get whether since it's based on hitting quota an X amount of times.
