Cons
The difference in pay between Men's Wearhouse and Men's Wearhouse & Tux divisions is big. For those who don't know Men's Wearhouse & Tux are smaller stores that used to be After Hours formal wear. As a store manager I make equal or less then most Wardrobe Consultants at a Mens Wearhouse and I have a lot more responsibilities than they do. The training gap is big as while. It seems like the employees at Men's Wearhouse division have formal training all the time. I feel that they sometimes forget about the smaller stores. Also promotions and changes are kept in the dark and seems very secretive.
