      Great people and a great staring job especially while in college.

      The managers can sometimes be too much and put more on the workers than doing anything they do and don’t do a lot of training.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
