      Pros

      Money, coworkers, and learning about products, people, and dealing with people.

      Cons

      The management was probably stressed out from corporate or the boss and the stress trickles down on employees as displacement. It's a really toxic environment to be in when you're starting out. Money is not as good as you think it is when John Menard can afford your a company race car but is not paying the employees well.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
