      Pros

      Ability to move up quickly at least if there is need. Other than senior management some great people to work with. Sales are going the right way, up. Company has a strong sales level instead of a drop. Structured. Promotes from within. Possibility of transfer if desired. Decent beginning pay.

      Cons

      High turnover due to lack of leadership. Rolling shifts for management. Lack of appreciation from senior management. Expect a lot of fraternization at the one i worked at. Threats from senior management. Hostile work environment. Micro-managed. Very little payroll to get tasks completed.

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
