      Pros

      It pays well, compared to other physical jobs in the city, which is saturated by cheap college labor. Good hours. incentives for safe working

      Cons

      Be prepared for VERY physical labor if you do not get trained on the fork lifts. Very strict punishments for mistakes.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
