      Pros

      Pay was decent 40K first year as a manager trainee. Looks good on a resume

      Cons

      Work life balance was awful. Worked 52+ hours every week. I worked there 2 years and had 3 paid off days. Work ever other weekend. Job can be very stressful.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
